Learn to breathe and strengthen your body through exercises. Reinforce good posture and correct misalignments. Tone muscles and improve balance.

Mini trampolines, hulu hoops, hand held weights, BOSUTM, jump ropes, balls, resistance bands, kettlebells, TRXTM, and machines make your workout fun and challenging. No two workouts are the same.

Group cycling classes add an intense aerobic dimension.

Private, semi-private, and group classes available. Participants grouped according to experience and ability.
